Revolutionary Energy Surges Forwards

Welcome to the February newsletter, and here are some highlights of manifestations of planetary patterns for January: I post these as it is insightful and educational for us to see how astrology is constantly manifesting in the world in many different ways, weaving a tapestry with its constantly changing symbolism over time. Ultimately I hope this will serve as a historical record.

January Review

14th January: Legal problems for Prince Andrew continue with the judge demanding huge amounts of evidence for the links to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell: see link. Whatever the result of this case, it is undeniable that there has been massive damage to the reputation and status of Prince Andrew, and even the Royal Family. Today Prince Andrew was also stripped of his military titles: see link. I mentioned his astrology in my last newsletter which you can access from my website, with one of the most prominent aspects being transiting Pluto squaring his Midheaven at 26° Aries of reputation and status. If you have behaved with integrity this can be a time of empowerment, a peak position, but if you have not this represents a significant fall from grace. 

14th January: Global supply chains are likely to be disrupted because of the increased Covid restrictions in China: see link. This reflects Uranus (disruption) in resources (Taurus), operational until 2026.

15th January: We’re building towards the Full Moon in Cancer, ruled by the Moon that rules the tides, and the Moon is in its own sign is even more powerful. Also in 3 days’ time Uranus moves stationary direct – we feel this at least a week either side of this date – and Uranus is linked to extreme Earth events and weather. Jupiter is already in Pisces, linked to ‘expanded water’ so there will be an increasing probability of flooding as Jupiter moves towards its conjunction with Neptune on 12th April. Today an underwater volcano erupted near Tonga.

Here is a partial report: “A major eruption is occurring in an undersea volcano near the islands of Tonga. The latest report says that there’s a ‘continuous large eruption to 63,000 feet.’ A 4-foot tsunami wave has hit the islands, some areas of Hawaii have seen waves near 3 feet, and there’s a tsunami advisory in effect for New Zealand, Japan, and the Pacific Coast of the U.S. and British Columbia.” Another partial report states: “A tsunami has hit Tonga’s largest island, Tongatapu, and reportedly sent waves flooding into the capital after an underwater volcano in the South Pacific exploded in a violent eruption on Saturday, sending a cloud of ash and gas steam into the air.

A tsunami warning has been issued for the islands of Tonga. Tsunami advisories have also been issued for New Zealand’s North Island and the west coast of the United States from California to Alaska, as well as Canada’s British Columbia.

In Hawaii, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center reported waves slamming ashore from half a meter (1 foot) in Nawiliwili, Kauai, to 80 centimeters (2.7 feet) in Hanalei.” See link. 

Some people have written to me to say that this was not a natural volcano, but was ‘manufactured’. Even if this were the case, it still fulfils the symbolism of a sudden, unexpected, eruptive and explosive event.

15th January: Massive hacking attack on Ukraine government websites with much data lost; Uranus moving stationary direct in 3 days time is linked to cyber attacks and hacks: see link. 

17th January: A huge criminal investigation is underway now initially via the Metropolitan police but every Chief Constable in the country is being made aware of this. It is an investigation into the UK government and its use of the recent vaccines: see link. Remember that the work of Pluto in Capricorn is to unearth any corruption in high places and we are within a day of the station of Uranus, the planet of truth. This is a very powerful start to a year that I have called one of revelations and revolutions. This report is well worth reading as this may be coming to a government near you soon.

18th January: Airlines disrupted due to 5G being activated in some areas, and this could also disrupt supply chains of food: see link. This reflects the symbolism of Uranus (disruption) in Taurus (food supplies). In addition to that, apparently at least 16,000 Canadian truckers who do not want the vaccine are being put on indefinite ‘unpaid leave’ by the Canadian government, which obviously will disrupt supplies of many goods that are brought in, including from the US. Truckers will not be allowed to cross the US border without a vaccine pass: see link. Today we have the station of Uranus as it turns direct too, magnifying its symbolism. I have heard that the number of truckers in the convoy now may be as high as 500,000. Many of the truckers have already been vaccinated so this is not an ‘anti-vax’ protest as MSM is reporting, but a peaceful protest against the draconian government policies overall and very much pro-freedom.

18th January: Iraq-Turkey oil pipeline halted after powerful explosion and fire: see link. Uranus moves stationary direct today, and is on the Midheaven through Iraq and Turkey. This is linked to explosions.

21st January: A report containing sexual allegations against Pope Benedict is published, remember all I have been saying about sexual crimes coming to light committed by those in high places: see link. Not only is Pluto grinding through the last few degrees of Capricorn, but the South Node is now in Scorpio, the sign of sexual secrets and even crimes. 

21st January: I mentioned that with Mercury and Pluto and soon Venus and Mars starting to move through the final degrees of Capricorn that were activated by Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto in 2020, we are likely to be reviewing how governments have handled the pandemic. Therefore this article from the  respected British Medical Journal is very interesting: Withholding vaccine safety data ‘morally indefensible,’ medical journal says: “The British Medical Journal (BMJ) has urged public health regulators and pharma majors to immediately release all raw data from Covid-19 vaccine trials for independent scrutiny, arguing that “complete data transparency” was a matter of “public interest.”

Branding Big Pharma as “the least trusted industry,” a recent op-ed by BMJ editors stated that it was “morally indefensible” that this information remains inaccessible to doctors, researchers and the public, despite the global rollout of vaccines and treatments.

In the scathing editorial, the writers – senior BMJ editor Peter Doshi, former editor-in-chief Fiona Godlee and her successor Kamran Abbasi – accuse pharmaceutical companies of “reaping vast profits without adequate independent scrutiny of scientific claims.”

23rd January: Protests against government policies continue around the world, here are clips from Denmark, Australia, Netherlands, Belgium and the UK: see link. This reflects the ongoing squares of Eris (fiesty street fighter) to Pluto (government control), Saturn (government rules and regulations) to Uranus (freedom) and we are still within the energy of the station of Uranus on the 18th, magnifying its rebellious urges. 

24th January: Dramatic floods in the Northern Territories of Australia which have cut off roads and rail tracks and have also disrupted food supplies: see link. This reflects Uranus in Taurus, disruptions in the Earth and also food supplies, but we are building towards the Jupiter-Neptune conjunction that may come with a lot of flooding. 

24th January: Turkey’s electricity supplies to be drastically cut: see link. This is linked to Saturn (limitations) square Uranus (electricity). More of these are likely to occur.

24th January: UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson is in deep trouble as it has been discovered that he was holding parties at Number 10 Downing Street while his obedient populus were locked down and not even able to visit their dying relatives. This has greatly angered the British people that yet again Mr Johnson appears to consider himself above the law: see link. 

Boris Johnson was voted into office in December 2019 while transiting Venus was in Capricorn tightly between Saturn and Pluto. This month Venus (=popularity) is retrograding over those same degrees, so the British are ‘reviewing’ (=retrograde, going back over) how they feel about him now. In general Mercury, Venus and Mars (and more slowly Pluto) moving over those same degrees will encourage a review of the government policies about the pandemic since December 2019. More dirt may be dug up by the end of January as Mercury comes to conjunct Pluto, then a crescendo of how we feel about the Prime Minister’s popularity is likely to come around 3rd March as Venus comes to conjunct Pluto for the third and final time in this cycle.

25th January: Transiting Pluto moving through Capricorn continues its thorough job of excavating any corruption or lack of accountability by those in high places, especially government (Capricorn). Mercury is today in an out of sign conjunction with Pluto, retrograding into an exact conjunction on the 29th. In a spectacular speech in the UK House of Lords, Lord Agnew has resigned over such corruption and fraud, calling it ‘rampant’. With the South Node in Scorpio, are we losing trust in our governments? see link.

February 2022

February continues to be intense and there is already a feeling of building towards the Aries Equinox which is the astrological new year, and the chart is very important for setting the tone for the following 12 months. The energy itself is ramping up more strongly as we move towards this point as many people are upgrading at warp speed. Stay calm and peaceful and drop into quietness as often as you can, even bliss, and that will serve you very well energetically as events become more frantic all around us as the old continues to collapse but attempts to still hold and even increase its power. This is suggested by Saturn aspecting the World Axis in the first week of the month.

The month begins with a New Moon at 12°19’ Aquarius on the 31st January at 9.45pm PST and 5.45am on the 1st February UK time. Aquarius is ruled by the maverick freedom-loving Uranus, so this rebellious energy continues. Once Mercury moves direct on the 4th February at 24° Capricorn all planets are moving direct until late April, and this is likely give us a sense of fast-moving events and more momentum. As Mercury rules transport it will be interesting to see what unfolds with the Canadian trucker convoy during these days. In addition from 30th January to the 4th February the Sun is square to Uranus, suggesting social unrest during this time.

See where this New Moon falls in your chart and don’t forget to set a new intention for the new seed you want to plant in your life.

We have a stellium of planets in Capricorn, Mars, Venus, Mercury and Pluto, with Venus at 11° tightly trine to Uranus at 10°53’. This suggests new developments in the financial area, especially those linked to digital currencies. If transiting Venus is moving through your 5th or 7th houses this trine to Uranus can bring in unexpected romance.

Mercury remains conjunct to Pluto at 25° and 27° Capricorn respectively for the first half of the month, with Mercury continuing to reveal secrets that others would prefer to remain hidden. Pluto is continuing to trawl through these last few degrees of Capricorn and will be revisiting the same degrees this year as it covered in 2020. Therefore it is likely to revisit how top-down authorities (Capricorn) have handled the all-consuming pandemic since that time.

Aquarius, ruled by Uranus, is the sign linked to truth; so we may well see more truths coming to light, particularly around the science (Aquarius) of how the pandemic has been handled by governments. It is also visionary in terms of a better future for humankind, and at its best can suggest that we develop a greater sense of our own multidimensionality and becoming – or remembering that we already are – galactic citizens.

Saturn at 15°30’ Aquarius is conjunct this New Moon, and so this is likely to highlight both the restrictions (Saturn) in freedoms over the last two years but also as a New Moon help us to drive forwards to build (Saturn) new social structures.  So there is a strong sense of the old world (Saturn) and the new (Uranus) but as this is an Aquarian New Moon, Uranus is again emerging more strongly in this long Saturn-Uranus stand off. Since Uranus went direct on the 18th you may start to feel a shift of power base from the top-down structures to the power of the people, and this continues to come in surges this year. The Sun and Moon are tightly square to Uranus, so all things Uranian could occur now – earthquakes and volcanoes of all kinds, sudden shocks, cyber attacks, power cuts, together with the revelations of truth causing many people to have a different view of their reality. This may be so sudden that it can prompt more mental illness, so we must be available to support others where this occurs. This may also be because the geomagnetics of the Earth are very unstable, and Uranus is linked to these electromagnetic energies.

Mars at 5°36’ Capricorn is applying to a trine to Uranus too (exact on the 7th), energising and activating that archetype of the awakener, the rebel, and the maverick. Always remember that Uranus has galactic links too, and part of its benefit is connecting us more clearly to our Higher Mind, our superconscious. 

This strong initiatory Aquarius energy is likely to encourage us to link with like-minded others, to find our tribe, and to consider being part of a community in some way, whether that is in a living situation or even connecting on-line. Uranus at 10°53’ Taurus is sextile to Jupiter here at 7°16’ Pisces and both are linked to the future and a bigger vision that benefits all. This can also bring in higher consciousness understandings. So Uranus is well aspected here by both Mars and Jupiter, and Mars at 5°36’ Capricorn is also sextile Jupiter, encouraging us to initiate new projects with courage. 

Wild woman Black Moon Lilith who will never obey the rules is at 10°17’ Cancer in a tight quincunx to the Sun and Moon, suggesting fighting for the children in some way.

I promised that this year I will be incorporating more of the Kuiper Belt Objects that for me represent the next wave of consciousness on the planet. Remember that the KBOs have very long orbits of up to 300 years and so will be in the same place sometimes for some months. 

In February we have a T-square between Chiron at 9° Aries conjunct Salacia at 5° Aries, both squaring Quaoar at 5° Capricorn and Quaoar squaring MakeMake at 8° Libra. Chiron is about sickness but inherently it is also about healing. Salacia in myth was the wife of Neptune, she represents mermaid energy and is associated with the shimmering moonlight and sunlight on the sea. To me she is linked to the very high frequency photonic light which is pouring onto our Earth right now, as it is a very bright white light. These are the new light codes that are upgrading humanity. This is suggesting that healing can come from not only raising our frequency but from light technology. By the way some healing light technologies already exist, for instance check out the www.theharmonicegg.com and www.tachyon.org for locations.

The square to Quaoar brings in the need to firstly raise our frequency through joy before we manifest what we want. The symbolism of Quaoar is linked to the Tongva people who originally inhabited the Los Angeles basin, and Quaoar was one of the their creator gods. He is linked to raising your frequency above chaos through song and dance to produce joy, and then set your intention for whatever you want to manifest. Very beautiful.

MakeMake (pronounced MakeeeMakeee) is square to Quaoar and opposing Chiron and Salacia. MakeMake is linked to the Bird Man God of the Rapanui people of Easter Island and the Great Sea Spirit. Easter Island despite only being 13 miles long with no natural water supply still flourished in terms of its ecosystem with plenty of food for the inhabitants, who were very connected to the land and nature. MakeMake was the chief creator god of the island, linked to birth and fertility. The inhabitants had a very deep connection with nature and believed that everything had a spirit and lifeforce, including water, rocks, and plants. It was an immensely rich self-sustaining culture. However when the European traders came they not only captured many of the islanders for the slave trade but introduced unknown diseases via the rats that escaped from the ships. Many fell ill and died, and therefore MakeMake is linked to pandemics, as eventually it is said that only 111 residents remained. 

The island was laid waste as the Europeans chopped down many of the trees and pillaged the land. So here we not only have a pandemic linked to MakeMake but also an ecological disaster.

However the archetype is one of great hope linked to regeneration and rebirth through their deep understanding of nature (similar to Haumea). From such desperate times they turned around the fate of their precarious situation and started to grow food again and repopulate the island. So it is a story of hope and the triumph of regeneration when we are in tune with nature. There are some obvious parallels here today, not just with regard to our Earth but also the pandemic.

Therefore the T-square here is very interesting, describing the sickness of many (Chiron and MakeMake) but also the powerful potential for healing, not only through the understanding of nature but also by operating at a high level of being and using the new light codes to aid our healing in a quantum way. This suggests that situations both in terms of the Earth but also the virus that things can turn around quickly once these quantum energies become our focus, and we go beyond the 3D slog that would seem impossibly long and overwhelming. It is very interesting that all the KBOs I have investigated so far have this ‘quantum’ quality, that 3D time no longer operates as a drag factor, jumps in situations can happen as if by magic.

Easter Island is in the southern hemisphere so their Winter Solstice on 21st June marked a crucial turning point of the Sun building in its strength from that point. As the Pleiades were very bright at that time, MakeMake also became very linked to that constellation. 

Coming back to the detail of the planets closer to Earth, we are likely to have a fiesty day on the 6th with the Moon highlighting the Eris-Pluto square, on the same day that Mars squares Chiron at 6° Capricorn-Aries, and we may want to lash out at anyone who is trying to control us. On the 13th the aspects from the Moon repeat again around the Eris-Pluto square, increasing the rebellious energy for some.

By early February Venus and Mars will be loosely conjunct in Capricorn, and by March they will be marching hand in hand, entering Aquarius on the same day, the 6th March. They remain conjunct until early April. This is unusual as their repeating conjunction every 18 months or so normally only lasts around two weeks, not two months. While they are in Capricorn there is a sense of us wanting to build a new social life for the long term (Capricorn) and then as they enter Aquarius a powerful sense of finding your tribe, your like-minded group, with whom you will travel forwards into your future. This is especially after Venus moves direct on the 29th January. 

You may be leaving old friends and circumstances behind but there is an energy, a freshness, an excitement in moving forwards that feels so different energetically from the old habits and patterns. This is also the work of Uranus in Taurus to break up old patterns (see which house this falls in in your chart, Uranus is at 10° Taurus), as the old may be feeling all too familiar, very stale and small for where you now want to go in life. This is potentially a powerful relaunch of all that you are. This is particularly the case as the North Node has also moved into Taurus in January, starting another 18 month chapter of evolutionary development for you. You may feel like the Fool in the Tarot stepping off a cliff into the unknown, but that is where the excitement lies, in the joy of that. The next episode could be your most exciting and fulfilling ever.

Then on the 16th February we have a Full Moon at 27°59’ Leo at 8.57am PST and 4.57pm UK time. This is the fifth Full Moon in a row of seven at 27° of its sign. It aspects the US Moon at 27° Aquarius, so it may highlight ‘the people’ in the US who may be feeling more revolutionary (Aquarius). Full Moons shine a light on issues, or bring them to a head, a culmination, a closure or completion. Often feelings are running high at the peak of the Moon’s cycle. Here, we may be feeling strongly about affairs of the heart, and how important love is in our world. Leo rules the heart and remember that we are moving from the age of the mind to the heart.

This theme is emphasised by Venus and Mars being EXACTLY conjunct at 16°56’ Capricorn. So see if this conjunction falls in your 5th or 7th houses in your chart, as these are the relationship houses. This could bring in a new relationship if you want that, and this is emphasised by Venus and Mars being trine to Uranus. Any relationship that begins now could well be a long lasting one as it is in Capricorn. However even socially it is very positive for bringing new long-term people into your life as described above, so be aware of how you are using this energy. The trine from Mars can help to propel us forwards towards the next new episode in our lives, to welcome in the new.

The Moon here is trine to Eris in Aries the truth-teller, giving it fiesty courage and resolve to create (Leo) something loving and new (Sun and Mercury in Aquarius, Venus and Mars trine to Uranus) in our lives.

The very positive sextile between Jupiter and Uranus is tighter at this Full Moon than it was earlier this month, so our potential to open up to higher consciousness is strong here; it is an urge towards freedom and exciting futures. It can also bring in new technology and much of this is life-enhancing not life-depleting.

We have a Fixed Grand Cross here with the Sun and Moon, always opposing each other at a Full Moon but here are also squaring the Nodal Axis which has just moved into late Taurus and Scorpio. This fixity gives great resilience and fierce defending of our positions. Whatever position you have come to in this pandemic and prevailing narrative, you are very unlikely to change it now, if anything you will be digging in further to the conviction and veracity of your views. A clear split is undeniable as we have different perceptions of ‘truth’ now (Sun in Aquarius). 

Feelings are also very intense here with the Moon exactly quincunx Pluto within half a degree. We will feel things powerfully and deeply, compulsively and even obsessively. Where is this Full Moon falling in your chart that can give you some idea of what you are feeling intense about? Undoubtedly they will be around issues of the heart and love, what love means in the world and how you are living in it, as well as issues around the Aquarian themes of freedom, truth, human rights, and a bigger future vision.

Not only is this Full Moon highlighting the US Moon at 27° Aquarius, but it is within 1° of the powerful Total Solar Eclipse in August 2017 right across the US. Has the US been more divided from that time? Also remember that this Full Moon is happening just 4 days before the first exact US Pluto Return (transiting Pluto coming to conjunct ‘natal’ 1776 Pluto in this chart) which only happens every 246 years. The current US was ‘born’ in 1776 with the signing of the Declaration of Independence in an act of rebellion against the old order and the onerous British taxes and control system. So it was a bid for freedom for the people as in 1777 Pluto entered Aquarius, the sign of freedom and human rights. 

Therefore over the next two years the US is likely to go through great changes economically, constitutionally, politically and even geographically, meaning what comprises the US? It represents a whole ‘rebirth’, potentially even a spiritual one of the the US truly is as a nation. Not only that but this Full Moon as with the Total Solar Eclipse in 2017 is conjunct the Fixed Royal Star of Persia, Regulus, the star of Kings. This therefore concerns leadership.

I have mentioned that not only did President Biden have a Lunar Eclipse opposing his Sun last November but will have a Total Lunar Eclipse conjunct his Sun this May. These are not supportive for good health; last November he had a colonoscopy and general anaesthetic on the day of that Lunar Eclipse. On your Sun, this can wipe out your vitality. So are we looking at some changes in government or leadership (Leo) in the US coming soon, what is the Full Moon in Leo revealing to us in its bright light?

Turning to other astrological aspects, even though Jupiter and Neptune are not yet conjunct, they will technically be so by the second week in March, and currently they are what is called ‘co-present’ in Pisces. It can bring in some magical and miraculous energy for you, so from now on start to see yourself as a magician, a wizard, and an alchemist who COMMANDS your reality, for that is what you truly are.

What reinforces our move into the Age of the Heart is that the North Node in Taurus is ruled by Venus, planet of love. The energy of Leo is connected to the heart, and we know from the respected HeartMath Institute that the heart sends 5,000 times more information to the brain than the brain does to the heart. Remember to think of love not so much as a romantic one-to-one emotion, but as a state of being. If we can hold ourselves in that state of being our reality will naturally feed that back to us in our day-to-day lives and by definition we will be raising our frequency as love is the highest vibration.

There is also a fascinating study in 1997 to confirm the energetic power of the heart: “A scientifically controlled study conducted by German researchers at the University of Kassel has shown that while the chest area of an average person emits only 20 photons of light per second, someone who meditates on their heart centre and sends love and light to others emits an amazing 100,000 photons per second. That is 5000 times more than the average human being. Numerous studies have also shown that when these photons are infused with a loving and healing intent, their frequency and vibration increases to the point where they can literally change matter, heal disease, and transform negative events.

The Heart also Loves, feels, thinks and remembers and communicates with other Hearts. It stores information and continually with each beat pulses this information through the body. It is far more than what modern science would have you believe. This is very impressive, and of course we can all do this for free, from home, at any time to pour more light into the world.

Leo as well as being linked to heart energy also has energy and passion, and it is the sign of courage. See yourself as the centre, the MASTER of your creation, your reality. Keep in that frame of mind, for this is the truth. The more you can feel this, the more you step into your power, and shift the whole collective positively, and accelerate the arrival of New Earth. We will see more green shoots next year, especially from March/April 2023 onwards, and more freedom. However you can find your joy right now in every moment; focus on joy in simplicity and community. Feel stillness in the moment, for it is in the moment that both our peace and our power lie. That is truly our mastery, to create our own bliss despite the noisy collapse of the 3D world.

These videos comprise 75 minutes of teaching, packed with information about the Nodal Axis. I will also now regularly post the transiting North Node position with the other planetary transits in this newsletter, so you can track it yourself. This transiting North Node only moves around 2° each month, always retrograde. 

Videos on Jupiter and Saturn transits through your birthchart: these are such important cycles in everyone’s life at any time. Once you download a free birthchart from my website, you can start to use the tutorial videos straight away. There is a description that comes with the chart on the website (which I did not write), and people have said this is very accurate. However, please remember that a computer- generated description with a list of characteristics is a very different experience to having a full consultation with a professional astrologer, 

who through synthesising this matrix of meaning, can give you profound insights into who you truly are.

I am going to post the planetary positions each month. I will not include the Sun and Moon, as they move too quickly, but will post the others so you can work out the transits to your natal chart: 

Mercury – 24° Capricorn, moving direct on the 4th and entering Aquarius on the 15th
Venus – 11°- 25° Capricorn

Mars – 5°- 25° Capricorn
 Jupiter – 7°- 13° Pisces 

Saturn – 15°- 18° Aquarius

Uranus – 10°-11° Taurus 

Neptune – 21°- 22° Pisces

Pluto – 26°-27° Capricorn all month

North Node, always retrograde – 28°- 25° Taurus 

Chiron – 8° Aries 

Chariklo – 4° Aquarius
