Leadership

With the prevailing astrology very much in mind, I’ve been contemplating the subject of leadership with so many elections taking place around the world this year. What do we feel constitutes good leadership?

To me, good leaders have a clear moral compass and a wise mind, and continuously live with humility and integrity. They don’t seek the limelight but understand that visibility is necessary to reach a large number of people and operate only in the highest good for those people and the Earth, not just in service to self in terms of financial profit and grandiosity.

More than anything they have a loving kind heart and a clear value system of what is important, putting well-being, health and the happiness of constituents ahead of corporate profits. Are there any political leaders around the world that fit this description do you feel? Anywhere? What does that say about the way society is operating right now if you find it hard to answer that in the affirmative?

Again being guided by the astrology, the leaders of the future do not necessarily wish to be known as leaders. They are innovators, progressives, and visionaries and people want to gather around them to support these initiatives. Many may be young (Aquarius energy) as the young people just beginning to come into adulthood are very gifted, often with a humanitarian and egalitarian vision for society (again, Aquarius energy).

They may well be experts in their fields, particularly linked to free energy, anti-gravity and fossil-free transport, purifying and structuring water, innovations in organic food production, cleaning of the pollution in the seas and Earth, healers of all kinds, community builders, eco home builders, those who can connect us more fully to nature and all living beings, and those helping humanity to raise their consciousness, amongst them. They willingly share their skills for the benefit of all.

This is a very big paradigm shift from our socio-economic and political system which is based on division, separation and judgement, all of which can so easily slip into war from that polarisation. As humanity we are done with that.

Let us hold a much more loving vision for our world based on freedom, compassion, appreciation for the simple joys such as a sunset or the laughter of a child. All of this the astrology supports. We just have to make our focus conscious and determined, and we start to change the world simply by our energy and where we put our attention.
