| Day 3 AM: | Focus and Planning Being clear on what you want to achieve and how you’re going to do it. The talents and skills shown in your chart will guide you. |
| Day 3 PM: | Commitment and Action Making a commitment to your plan – then off you go to put into action back in the real world, with vigour and confidence! |
